On Friday, September 11, 2026, surrounded by her family, Mona Darline (Clowater) Bell of Fielding went to her Heavenly Home to meet her Lord.
Mona was born September 24, 1934, in McNamee, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Margaret (Stewart) Clowater. Mona was also predeceased by her beloved husband, David Leslie Bell; her son, Ronald; 7 siblings, Eva, Valerie, Boyd, Perley, Juanita, Marion and Harold.
Mona is survived by her 6 children, Harold Bell (Carla), Carl Bell (Lynn), Michael Bell (Christina), Laurel Bell (Julie), Darlene Bradford (Ricky) and Jason Bell (Leah); her daughter in law, Linda Bell; 19 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Mona was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all of Mom’s homecare workers and the Extramural staff for going above and beyond in her care.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 5-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 1 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be livestreamed on the L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors FaceBook page. The interment will be in the Fielding Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations made to the Fielding Cemetery or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
